As a white American male who has driven over 25 years and have been at this shop over 27 hours for air bags to be fixed while they aren't even busy I'm curious why I can't blame racism for the ridiculous amount of time TA is forcing me to be here all I can do is bend over and let TA have their way all because of the color of my skin I wish I could cry racism instead of understanding the complete inadequate personal that has found employment in this establishment

Had a steer tire blowout about 40 miles away. Service tech called as he was loading up his truck to make sure details were correct. Replace blown tire and rim and also change out 2nd steer tire to match. Brian arrived on time and was awesome. Changed out my exploded tire then followed me to the shop to replace/ match out my other steer. “Rell” at the desk had the info from my dispatcher all ready to go. These guys were amazing and so friendly .Straight into the shop, second tire done. Ladies in the store were super nice too. Will deffo stop here again if I’m running NY. Typical old schoolish T/A building but still has a decent sit down restaurant. Nice for a change from fast food. The graveyard seems out of place but hey!! Thought it was a dog park at first. Ehhhh!!!
